Thank you for choosing BreezePod! We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our return and refund policy.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to process and for the credit to be applied to your account.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the item.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items:

  • Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
